Updates to the PCT Applicant’s Guide for Canada
The PCT Applicant's Guide was recently updated to clarify that when entering the national phase in Canada, if the corresponding international application has not yet been published, a copy of the international application (including the request) must be submitted to the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) at the time of entry into the national phase. A translation of these documents into English or French is also required.
If the corresponding international application has been published, then a copy of the international application need not be submitted to CIPO.
The Canadian Intellectual Property Office's section of the PCT Applicant's Guide can be found here: http://www.wipo.int/pct/guide/en/gdvol2/annexes/ca.pdf

Remembrance Day
We remember the men and women who served and sacrificed.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
We will remember them.
